Shipping
Typically it can take around 2-5 days to create your order and about 3 to 8 days for shipping. These times can vary based on materials available, number of orders placed, and so on.
Most of our products are made when you place your order, shipping can take longer than a premade item sitting in a warehouse. This ensures you get the freshest possible merch with that new product smell! AND, less waste is created, giving warehouses more storage, and you more rare treats!
Returns and Exchanges
Refunds or reshipment of product issued in the event that something goes horribly wrong. Each case is handled in regards to the uniqueness of the situation. We PiRates know how frustrating it can be when a hurricane strikes a ship and gets lost at sea for several years.
We'd prefer if you'd send in your request as soon as the error occurs, otherwise we ourselves might be long gone at sea...
Exchanges and refunds are accepted for defected items only and within 30 days of receiving.
